HIGHER EDUCATION SERVICES
PART 1 - UNDERGRADUATE COURSES
As the name implies, this service envisages helping foreign students to secure admissions into major Russian universities at highly competitively affordable rates via two tuition-payment modalities. Thus, depending on the chosen tuition payment modality, prospective students can:
A) study via a partially subsidized scholarship program (see details below);
B) study via a full tuition-payment contract program (see details below)
A) PARTIALLY SUBSIDIZED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
This envisages a one-time payment* of a certain fee (a fraction of the entire cost of education), and thereafter no other school fees are required till graduation. Besides, students studying on this program are entitled to all the free social, academic and other privileges enjoyed by Russian students in their chosen universities, notably, 1) free accommodation; 2) government’s monthly stipend payable to students via the university, and 3) free medical care** .
The one-time payment varies according to the courses chosen by the students: medical or other disciplines. For details, contact us and we shall send comprehensive information and comparative data illustrating the benefits that this variant will offer you.
The one-time payment, apart from covering the full tuition fee for the entire duration of studying in the university, also includes the following services:
1) cost of processing all the admission procedures
2) cost of procurement of student visa to studying in Russia
3) cost of meeting the student at the airport
4) cost of transporting him/her and luggage to the university hostel
The list of all the services covered by this tuition payment program will be spelt out in the individual contract to be signed by each student.
The only limitation is that such programs are currently available ONLY at few universities, namely, The People’s Friendship University in Moscow, The Moscow Medical Academy (formerly Moscow’s First Medical Institute), Voronezh State Medical University. Arrangements are being made to expand this list to include more universities throughout Russia.
* To know the exact cost of one or several forms of these services, clients need to contact us for consultations on the exact service(s) that he/she needs. Thereafter, we can calculate the exact cost of the ordered service. This is why the final price** will vary, depending on the factors stated above and other issues that will, or might, arise after the consultations with the clients. Consultations are free-of-charge.
** Not always included in the tuition fee; so students might have to buy medical insurance policy, either directly and individually by themselves or via our partnerships with insurance companies that will enable them negotiate a better deal.
B) FULL TUITION-PAYMENT CONTRACT PROGRAM
This envisages prospective students paying fully for their entire duration of their studying in their chosen universities in any Russian city, from admission to graduation. The tuition payments are either done on an annual basis or installmentally per semester. The exact tuition payment modality will be spelt out in the individual contract to be signed by each student.
This full tuition payment contract program, unlike the partially subsidized program described above, is available in all other Higher Schools of Education (HSE) with government accreditations and official licenses to train foreign students in Moscow and other major Russian cities such as St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Kazan, Cheboksary, Ryazan, Yaroslavl, etc. In fact, this program is available in virtually all major Russian cities.
Under this program, the average annual tuition fee varies, depending on the factors listed below:
a) The exact geographical location of the university: Thus, universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg — Russia’s two most developed and biggest cities, and hence have the highest cost of living in the country, traditionally attract much higher tuition fees than those located in other parts of the country.
b) The exact disciplines or courses chosen by students: thus, professional disciplines such as medicine, law, engineering, architecture, etc., usually attract much higher tuition fees than other courses, where students major in single subjects such as mathematics, physics, political science, biology, etc.
This full contract program*, unlike the partially subsidized program described above, does not always necessarily guarantee a free accommodation in the university campus hotels for perspective students. This is because the availability of free accommodation for students studying on a tuition-based system varies from universities to universities and from cities to cities in Russia. However, if and when necessary, we can help the student secure affordable off-campus accommodation via partnership existing between us and real-estate property agencies
*Those interested in this program that want to get more specific details relating to their concrete individual cases are advised to contact us, stating their intended fields of studying on this program and their cities of preference. Such information will enable us to know each perspective undergraduate student’s exact situation. Thereafter, we shall send detailed information, including tuition breakdowns and comparative data for the chosen courses in different universities, which will enable such students to make a well-informed decision on the offers on the table.

These services are divided into two categories:
a) Postgraduate programs in medical courses
b) Postgraduate programs in other courses
Moscow State University Moscow State Institute of International Relations
